My latest tutorial was a request and a very fun tutorial to do for me.  I always loved the effect of black and white infrared photography, and for that matter black and white photography so when I was asked to try and recreate the infrared effect I jumped right on it.  You can see that tutorial here.

Here is a nice photo effect that is 3 simple steps.  It would be a great effect to use to make a card for someone special.  You will need the Gravure Filter available on the PhotoFiltre Web Site if you don't have it. 

Make sure you take a look at the different examples following this tutorial to see some of the results you can get.  As you experiment you will see that playing around with the Gravure Settings, or fading the Gravure Effect a little will produce different results.

1)  Open your image and resize it to the dimensions you want.

2)  Menu = Filter / Relief / Relief

3)  Menu = Filter / Plug-in / Gravure.  Once open select the "Contours+" tab.

      Diaphragme +1 = Checked

4)  Menu = Filter / Color / Tarnish Colors
