My latest tutorial was a request and a very fun tutorial to do for me.  I always loved the effect of black and white infrared photography, and for that matter black and white photography so when I was asked to try and recreate the infrared effect I jumped right on it.  You can see that tutorial here.

       Width = 2

13)  Menu = Filter / Visual Effect / Radial Blur

14)  Menu = Edit / Fade Radial Blur

       Opacity = 30%

16)  Select the Eclipse Tool and Draw an Eclipse or Oval Selection

       Width = 96
       Height = 68

Position it about 4 or 5 pixels from the top of your button.

       Style = Duotone
       Direction = Top to Bottom

       Color 1 = White
       Opacity = 100%

       Color 2 = White
       Opacity = 0%

       Width = 4

19)  Menu = Filter / Visual effect / Gaussian blur

       Radius = 1

20)  Menu = Selection / Hide Selection

21)  Menu = Selection / Paste Shape (You should have your original 150 x 150 Selection.

22)  Menu = Filter / Visual effect / Fog / White

23)  Menu = Edit / Fade Fog

       Opacity = 45% or whatever looks good to you.
