go to her Deviant Art Gallery. When I saw this photograph it just screamed of an old time photo to me thus this tutorial.
You will need the free RGB Fantasy plug-in available on the PhotoFiltre web site in order to follow along. |

| 1) Open your image in PhotoFiltre Studio. Right Click on the Background Image in the Layers Palette and
select Duplicate so we don't mess with the original image. 2) Select Layer 1:
Menu = Filter / Color / Grayscale
Menu = Filter / Noise / Add Noise
Amount = 50
Uniform = Checked |

| 3) Menu = Layer / New / Blank 4) Select Layer 2 in the Layers Palette
5) Menu = Filter / Noise / Add Noise
Amount = 100
Uniform = Checked
6) Menu = Adjust / Duotone
Color 1 = White
Color 2 = Black
Threshold = 204
With Layer 2 Still Selected |
